The property is a large open space rich with flat pastures, rugged hills, canyons, stream banks, office buildings, cattle, corrals, and oil wells. Elevations range from 800 ft. to approximately 1500 ft. above sea level and the seasons show the diversity of the land – from warm and dry to cool and luscious. The property has ample private road access, paved and unpaved.
